WHO WE SERVE
Inner Rafter Ministries is a specialized program provided by Texas Premier Counseling Services, PLLC (Texas PCS).
While Texas PCS primarily specializes in family-related areas, such as parent-child contact problems and assessments,
we are pleased to offer this unique and focused service for those who serve others.
As a service to those who serve in the ministry, Inner Rafter Ministries is our way of giving back. This is the only program at Texas Premier Counseling Services, PLLC that we offer at a discounted rate. Clients are accepted on a case-by-case basis for those who reside in Texas.
Having already served many individuals throughout Texas, we have chosen to formalize this program in order to extend continued support to those in ministry.

Inner Rafter Ministries provides confidential, faith-integrated counseling for ministry leaders, combining clinical practice with biblical wisdom to strengthen the inner life from which all leadership flows.

We recognize the distinct pressures carried by those in spiritual leadership and come alongside them with a thoughtful integration of clinical excellence and biblical truth. Our mission is to strengthen and sustain those who serve—cultivating resilience, emotional health, and spiritual vitality so they can thrive both personally and in their calling.

Though Inner Rafter Ministries is committed to offering confidential, faith-integrated counseling uniquely tailored for ministry leaders, our services are designed with a specific focus and scope. Accordingly, Inner Rafter Ministries is not intended for:
Court-ordered Counseling
Child Custody ealuations
Risk Assessments
Psychosexual Evaluations
Couples Counseling
OUR PURPOSE
While those in ministry faithfully share the Good News, they are not immune to life’s hardships. In their vital role as leaders, many struggle quietly—often carrying heavy burdens alone. We have seen leaders quietly wrestle with mental health challenges, navigate strained relationships with their spouses and children, endure significant stress within the church, and battle feelings of shame while trying to “just deal with it” on their own.
When personal hardship strikes—or when multiple overwhelming life events come in succession—leaders can find themselves reverting to unhelpful coping patterns. Physical and emotional exhaustion quickly set in as burdens accumulate and begin to feel unbearable. These challenges may include natural disasters, rapid or repeated losses without time to grieve, loss of property or income, significant health changes, divorce, or the constant weight of public scrutiny and judgment.
Inner Rafter exists to provide support during these difficult seasons. We offer a safe, caring place where ministry leaders themselves can finally receive the care and restoration they so often give to others.
